Reason for taking the class: To enhance my financial literacy so I can have better conversations with our leadership team, and our finance team, and help make better financial decisions overall.

Key takeaways you got from the class: I feel SO much more confident reading and discussing financials, especially the balance sheet.  The Business Mastery tool was worth every penny alone but being part of the cohort made it even better.

What impact has this class had on your business? We are already having better conversations and we’ve changed our EOS scoreboard to now include Current Ratio, Debt-to-Equity ratio, monthly net cash flow change, and survival score!

How will this knowledge impact you / your business long term?

I am confident this is going to help us plan better and make better financial decisions faster.  We are implementing the Business Mastery tool as part of our month end close process, quarterly review process, and annual planning process.  This has been a game changer for us.
